In order to activate your key use one of the following methods:
OPTION 1
- Log in or create your account here
- Redeem the activation code on the account. (The codes are NOT activated directly inside the application!)
- Download your software from here

OPTION 2 (retail codes)
NOTE: The activation key found in your email is not the same as the activation code. The activation key is used to register for HMA VPN, while the activation code is used for activating the application on your device.
- Go to hidemyass.com/retail via your web browser.
- Enter a valid email address and your desired password to create an account.
- Enter the Activation key found in the order confirmation email, then click Continue. Your account is created, and you will be redirected to my.hidemyass.com.
- Open the email with the subject: Please verify your email address, and click Verify email.
- When verification is complete, click Continue.
- Click Redeem activation code, enter your Activation key, then click Redeem activation code again.
- Your HMA subscription is now active, click Got it. Your activation code is now shown in your HMA Account, under Your HMA subscriptions.
- Go to installation-files to download the app for your preferred platform.
- To activate HMA VPN for Windows and macOS, click Already purchased > Enter activation code, type or paste the activation code found in your HMA Account including all hyphens and spaces, and click Activate.
